What this site is

Puchong Pet Groomer is an independent directory of pet grooming businesses operating in and around Puchong, Selangor. We currently list 95 groomers, covering areas from Puchong Jaya and Pusat Bandar Puchong to IOI Boulevard, Bukit Puchong, and Bandar Puteri.

The site exists for one kind of person: someone in Puchong who needs a groomer they can actually trust with their dog, cat, or small animal. We do not sell grooming services. We do not represent any grooming business. We are a directory, nothing more.

How listings get here

We pull publicly available business data, including name, address, phone number, operating hours, and service categories. We also synthesise signals from recent Google reviews to produce a sentiment summary for each listing. We do not copy or republish review text. For the full picture on any business, you can follow the Google link on each listing page directly to read reviews yourself.

If your business is listed and a detail is wrong, such as an outdated address or phone number, the owner can submit a correction through the listing page. We will verify and update factual information. A business can never edit its own score, sentiment label, or ranking position. Those are produced from data, not from anything a business tells us.

How rankings work

Every groomer in the directory is ranked using a published rubric. The inputs include review volume, recency-weighted sentiment, profile completeness, and service range. No groomer pays to improve their rank. No groomer can negotiate their position.

How sponsorship works

Some listings carry a “Sponsored” label. Sponsored listings appear in a clearly separated section, usually at the top of a search or category page. The fee covers that placement only. It has zero effect on the business’s earned ranking, which continues to be calculated from the same rubric as every other listing.

If a sponsored business happens to rank highly on merit, their earned ranking reflects that independently. The two are never mixed or conflated.
